The 5ish map screen: illustrated stickers over San Diego's coast, each showing a deal and its time left

How 5ish works

  • A live happy hour map

Every pin shows the deal, the price and the time left. Switch between Now, Tonight and This week.

  • Flash drops from the bars

Bars post short, limited offers: a named drink, a set price, a time window. One per person. The bar serves it.

  • Rally your circle

Pick a spot and a time. Everyone in your circle gets a notification to meet you there.

For bars

Own or run a bar? Claim it.

Check and correct your happy hours for free, then post flash drops.

  • Confirm your hours, prices and deals so guests see them right.
  • Post a drop when you want a busier slot: you set the item, price, quantity and window.
  • A flat advertising fee per drop, shown before you launch. 5ish never handles the drink payment.

Questions

When can I get it?

5ish isn't on the App Store yet. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when the TestFlight opens for San Diego testers.

Who can use 5ish?

You must be 21 or older. 5ish asks for your date of birth when you sign up, and it can't be changed afterward. Bars check ID when you redeem an offer.

Which neighborhoods?

The San Diego coast and core, from downtown north to Oceanside: Gaslamp, Little Italy, North Park, Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach, Mission Beach, La Jolla, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Cardiff, Encinitas, Leucadia, Carlsbad Village and Oceanside.

How do flash drops work?

A bar posts a limited offer, such as a drink at a set price during a set window. You claim one per person and show your pass at the bar. The bar sets the terms and serves the drink; availability isn't guaranteed.

Does 5ish track my location?

Only while the app is open and only to show what's near you and to confirm you're at the bar when you redeem. Details are in the privacy policy.
